About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Jump, you’ll work on clean, well-architected code that ships quickly and makes a real impact. This role focuses less on rigid tech stack requirements and more on problem-solving ability, curiosity, and good judgment.
You’ll collaborate with a small, efficient development team and contribute to building AI-powered tools used by financial professionals every day.
This is a global contractor role with flexible working hours. Candidates must be based outside of the United States, with an overlap of approximately 3 hours with HQ time.

Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Comfort working in a remote, async-friendly environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed
- Ability to work globally with some overlap with US-based HQ hours
Compensation & Contract Details
- $30–$60 per hour, depending on experience
- Paid contract role (global contractor)
- Work any hours from anywhere
- Subscriptions provided for tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor.ai
- Projects are revenue-backed with strong growth and stability
Hiring Process
