About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Social, you’ll own and evolve the social product roadmap, focusing on features that help players connect with friends and engage more deeply on the platform.
This role requires a mix of product craftsmanship, analytical thinking, and creativity, along with experience shipping social features to large user bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for social features and related initiatives
- Deliver measurable impact through data-driven experiments and A/B testing
- Lead the full product development lifecycle in collaboration with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams
- Create fun, engaging, and scalable social experiences for millions of users
- Prioritize initiatives using strong cost–benefit analysis and cross-team alignment
- Rapidly absorb user feedback and translate insights into product improvements
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven experience shipping social features (friends, messaging, social interactions) to large audiences
- Background in consumer tech or gaming products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in fully distributed teams
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and focus on high-impact delivery
- Comfort collaborating closely with engineering on technical products
