About the Role
As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll help design and implement the systems, processes, and data foundations that support scalable B2B merchant acquisition and predictable revenue growth.
This role goes beyond optimization — you’ll be building core RevOps infrastructure where it doesn’t yet fully exist, while ensuring everything can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to Sales and Customer Success leadership, shaping both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.
What You’ll Do
First 90 Days
- Build core dashboards
- Identify key process and data gaps
- Establish remediation and improvement plans
First 180 Days
- Create capacity and territory models
- Map the full revenue tech stack and integrations
- Define the attribution model
First 12 Months
- Achieve predictable forecasting (±10%)
- Establish scalable sales and CS enablement foundations
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Data Foundation
- Own RevOps tools and vendor relationships (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.)
- Establish data quality standards, governance, and access controls
- Build durable dashboards answering “Where are we vs. target?”
- Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis
- Evaluate and implement technology improvements to support revenue growth
Sales & Customer Success Enablement
- Operationalize CS workflows (health scoring, churn prediction, renewals, escalation)
- Define rules of engagement between Sales and CS
- Build enablement infrastructure (processes, topics, cadence)
Strategic Revenue Support
- Build tracking for strategic merchants tied to NRR
- Analyze win/loss trends, deal cycles, retention, segmentation, and seasonality
- Create capacity planning models and forecasting frameworks
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration
- Design executive-ready reporting with actionable insights for managers and reps
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have 6–8+ years of RevOps experience, including at least one 0→1 build
- You’re deeply data-driven and comfortable building missing data foundations
- You can use data to influence decisions and challenge assumptions
- You actively use AI in your work (with real examples, not buzzwords)
- You’re hands-on with Salesforce, integrations, and data tools (SQL or Python)
- You understand the RevOps tooling landscape and what scales effectively
- You balance short-term execution with long-term system design
- You communicate clearly with executives and revenue leaders
What Success Looks Like
- You can quickly answer: “Where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?”
- Executives rely on trusted, ELT-ready dashboards
- Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, close rates, time-to-close) are clearly defined and documented
Salary & Benefits
