About the Role
A growing eCommerce wellness brand is looking for a Telesales Manager to lead and scale its telesales team. This is a fully remote management role ideal for experienced sales leaders who can recruit, train, and grow a top-performing phone sales team.
Position Summary
As the Telesales Manager, you will own the performance of the company’s sales department, ensuring strong results through effective leadership, coaching, and process enforcement. You’ll be at the forefront of converting leads into customers by managing the telesales workflow and driving team KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing telesales team.
- Oversee daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Enforce CRM use and call recording compliance.
- Monitor conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and team efficiency.
- Submit regular performance reports (daily & weekly).
- Identify underperformers and support improvement plans.

Pay & Compensation
- Base Salary: ₦100,000 monthly.
- Performance Bonus: ₦100,000–₦300,000 depending on team performance.
