A fast-growing ecommerce business is hiring Follow-Up Sales Representatives who can engage with leads, nurture customer interest, and help boost revenue for the company. 


This is a fully remote, full-time sales role based out of Nigeria, ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on targets and customer interaction rather than casual or part-time gig work. 

Position Summary

As a Follow-Up Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for re-engaging potential customers and inactive leads, facilitating sales through follow-ups, and maintaining ongoing customer trust. This job involves structured communication based on internal SOPs and performance accountability. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Re-engage missed, inactive, or cold ecommerce leads. 
  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages with prospects. 
  • Track customer responses and determine next action steps. 
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently. 
  • Close sales based on company communication protocols. 
  • Support post-purchase communication where needed.

Pay Structure

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on experience in sales, follow-up, or ecommerce conversion roles. 
  • Clear understanding of sales follow-up, closing, and handling objections. 
  • Communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills. 
  • Ability to work with targets and performance expectations. 
  • Fully available during required sales hours. 
  • A working laptop and familiarity with basic digital tools. 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or sales reporting tools. 

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (remote) with structured task expectations.
