About the Role
As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the next evolution of Twilio’s social presence. This role is perfect for someone who believes B2B marketing doesn’t have to be boring and knows how to inject humor, humanity, and creativity into brand storytelling.
You’ll create original content, grow engaged communities, and lead social strategy across major campaigns, while still being operationally sharp and data‑driven.
This is a full‑time, remote role within the United States (with state eligibility restrictions).
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead social strategy for major launches, campaigns, and brand moments
- Manage Twilio’s social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Help launch and scale Twilio’s TikTok presence
- Build and manage influencer and creator programs
- Own social analytics, reporting, and competitive insights
- Execute an editorial calendar that shows up with personality and purpose
- Create processes to keep a growing social team organized
- Engage and grow Twilio’s community daily
- Create authentic social content for Twilio executives
- Use data to measure impact and tell the story behind the numbers

Compensation & Benefits
Twilio offers competitive pay and benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $104,300 – $130,300 (CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, VT, DC), $110,400 – $137,900 (NY, NJ, WA, CA outside SF Bay Area), $122,600 – $153,200 (SF Bay Area)

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
