Key Responsibilities

- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve escalated Tier 2 technical issues across supported platforms: Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux
- Resolve Tier 1 CRM volumes when required
- Handle customer calls to understand and scope issues effectively
- Maintain knowledge of current issues and workarounds
- Guide junior colleagues and provide Tier 1 support as needed
- Use tools such as Kibana and DataDog for troubleshooting
- Create internal documentation for common questions or guides
- Escalate open queries to Tier 3 when appropriate
